Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from All Turtles! While most of our products are final sale, we do accept returns on eligible items under specific conditions.

What We Accept

Defective or Damaged Items: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. You must email us at support@allturtles.com with:

  • Your reason for return
  • Images showing the defect/damage
  • Proof of purchase (e.g. order number)

Jewelry: Returns accepted within 30 days with a $9.95 restocking fee. Email us first with the same details as above.

🚫 What We Don’t Accept

  • Apparel
  • Glassware
  • Sale items (discounted products are non-refundable)
  • Change-of-mind returns
  • Perishable goods, intimate/sanitary items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, tapes, software, or digital downloads
  • Health & personal care items
  • Items marked as non-returnable in the product description
  • Returns initiated after 30 days of delivery

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. If not, the refund will go to the original purchaser.


Refunds (If Approved)
Once we’ve reviewed your return request and approved it, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
