ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 3-5 days to process your order. Expect an email within 5 business days to let you
know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days using USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, or DHL.Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We do not currently ship outside of the United States.

SHIPPING ISSUES:
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible
at shipping@allturtles.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We
address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
solution.
